Mira Implant Connect manages your dental implant consultation enquiry. Clinical care is provided by the treating clinic confirmed for your enquiry.

Your enquiry

We collect the name, phone number, email address and answers you submit, including your dental enquiry, location and broad funding preferences. Please do not provide medical records, bank details or account numbers. We also collect campaign attribution parameters, a submission reference and a hashed network identifier to prevent abuse.

How we use your information

We store submitted enquiries in Mira’s dedicated enquiry management system hosted in Australia. Authorised Mira team members use this information to review your request, contact you about it and discuss possible clinic referrals. Our hosting and technology service providers process data to operate this service.

Contact and referrals

By submitting the enquiry with the consent box checked, you agree that the Mira team may contact you by phone, SMS or email about this enquiry. We will discuss the receiving clinic with you before sharing your enquiry for a referral. This consent does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Your choices

You can request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry, or withdraw your consent, by replying to your enquiry correspondence or asking the Mira team during your enquiry call. We retain enquiry information while needed to respond and manage your request, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can also contact us about privacy concerns.

No treatment or finance approval

The form is an enquiry only. It does not determine clinical suitability, approve funding, reserve treatment or book an appointment. Clinics and finance providers make their own assessments and confirm any costs, eligibility and terms. Referral availability is not guaranteed. The consultation offer is complimentary for eligible patients and subject to clinic availability. Any additional imaging or treatment costs must be confirmed and agreed separately before those services are provided.
